Ready to officially launch the XendBridge, the company needed to change the copy of the website as some of the clients they worked with had complained about the more technical copy on the website. They needed copy that portrayed the benefits of XendBridge in a very simple and straightforward manner.
Project Date December 2022 – January 2023
Objectives
Develop easy-to-understand website copy that highlights XendBridge’s core messaging.
My Process
I held meetings with the team lead and other team members to brainstorm the best practices for the new website.
Then I went to work. I audited the old website to see what could be added, removed, or kept. I also conducted a competitor analysis and keyword research. With this in mind, I rewrote the copy of the website. After this, I worked closely with the graphics team and web development team to ensure all changes were executed correctly.
The Result
The new website adequately serves the company’s different customer avatars and highlights solutions to their specific needs. in simple language. This includes an enhanced user experience and a seamless customer journey from start to finish.
